How can I access my new digital downloads?
- Once you order your digital download, you will receive an email from Creative Communications thanking you for your purchase and providing you with a download link to your purchase.
- If you ordered a digital download on your online account, you can access your download via order history.
How can I access my digital downloads from your legacy site?
- We’re currently experiencing an issue that’s preventing downloads from being accessible. We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

How can I check the status of my book or product order?
- You will receive an email with a tracking number. Click on the link to check the status of your order.
How do I apply my tax-exempt status when placing an order?
- If you have tax-exempt status, please add items to your cart before logging in and select the tax-exempt at checkout. You will then be prompted to either log in or create an account to verify your exempt status.
- Important: Your tax-exempt status is linked to the primary email address of your church, school, or company account. Please ensure you sign in using this email address.

When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). The total delivery time includes order processing + shipping time.
When should I expect to receive my product order?
