The three services in this worship series for Advent invite us on a journey to three significant locations in ancient Israel with dramatic sermons for three readers on: Jerusalem, site of sacrifice and forgiveness, where an aged priest entering the temple will confront the angel Gabriel • Nazareth, where a humble maiden will be told her part in the family of God • Bethlehem, where a young couple are just now being directed to a nearby stable.
